Scope of these terms
These terms apply to the EVE public website at evehq.tech, its interactive examples, and inquiries made through the published contact address. They do not create a subscription, a product account, or an agreement for a company deployment. Using an eventual account-based service may require separate, versioned agreements.
Examples & development information
Product captures show development interfaces with fictional fixtures. Interactive examples use fictional people, messages, tasks, and memories. Approving a sample reply sends no email, and edits reset on reload. Features depend on permissions, provider configuration, devices, and release readiness. The website does not guarantee that every demonstrated feature is publicly available.
Early-access & company inquiries
An inquiry expresses your interest and lets EVE discuss your use case. It does not guarantee admission, a launch date, a response time, pricing, or a purchase. The contact page prepares an email in your own email app; you decide whether to send it. Do not send passwords or private account credentials.
Responsible use
Use the website and its examples lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the site, misrepresent EVE, distribute malicious content, or use the contact address to send abusive or unlawful material. Security checks may limit suspicious automated requests.
AI output & important decisions
AI suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect. Review important facts, destinations, and proposed actions before relying on them. The website examples are educational product previews and do not provide professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
Content & third-party services
EVE branding, website copy, and original product materials belong to their respective owners. Third-party marks remain the property of their owners.
