This website & your inquiries
The public website is operated under the EVE name. Its examples use fictional data and do not connect your accounts or send sample replies. Contact-form drafts remain in the page’s memory until you open your email app; EVE does not receive an unsent draft. If you send an inquiry, we receive your email address, message, and any details or attachments you choose to include. We use them to respond, discuss your requested use case, and manage that correspondence. You may ask us to remove your inquiry. We do not publish your correspondence.
Information you share with EVE
The development product uses account details, profile information, goals, conversations, tasks, projects, and the context you choose to provide. Uploaded documents can add original files and extracted text as workspace sources. This website does not create a product account. A service privacy notice must be provided with any account-based release.
Memory & personalization
Saved profile details and remembered facts can inform later conversations. The development product provides controls to review, correct, and forget saved facts. A fact’s wording may also appear in the original conversation or other records, which have separate controls. The website’s memory example is fictional and resets on reload.
Connected accounts
Google connections are optional in the development product. Permissions can include reading Gmail, sending reviewed replies, and reading Calendar events. Scheduling and editing events require additional Calendar permission. Other providers have their own permissions and policies. Disconnect a service in EVE or revoke its access through the provider. The public website connects none of these accounts.
Cloud, AI & website infrastructure
EVE’s development product uses a cloud backend and configured AI services. Relevant requests and workspace context may be sent to those services, including conversation text, saved facts, mail, meetings, and document text. Processing is not exclusively on your device. This website is delivered through Cloudflare, which can process IP addresses, request headers, security signals, and network logs to deliver and protect it. Cloudflare may set security cookies. Optional voice
Optional voice in the development product requires microphone permission and a configured voice service. That service processes audio for responses or transcription. EVE does not save raw microphone recordings in the product implementation described here. Text transcripts may be saved in conversation history and have separate deletion controls. This website does not request microphone access.
Retention, export & deletion
Website demo state resets when the page reloads. The motion preference is stored for the current browser tab. Email correspondence is kept to handle the inquiry and any follow-up you request; ask us about access, correction, or removal by email. The development product has account export and deletion controls, plus separate controls for memories, conversations, and documents. Deletion can stay pending while provider cleanup finishes. Providers may have separate retention requirements and backups; this website does not promise immediate deletion from every connected service.
Privacy requests & policy updates
Send privacy questions and requests to [email protected]. Describe the request without sending a password or unnecessary sensitive data. We may need information to verify an account-related request. Applicable privacy rights depend on your location and the service you use. This policy covers the public website and explains current development behavior; changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
